Townhouse Interior Design in Comfort City Lagoon
A modern 204.5 m² townhouse interior located in the Comfort City Lagoon residential complex in Dnipro, Ukraine.
The project was designed as a cohesive living environment where contemporary architecture is combined with natural textures, deep tones and carefully considered functional solutions.
The interior is based on an expressive natural palette of dark wood, deep green, warm beige and grey tones, and graphic black accents. This combination gives the interior a distinctive character while maintaining a sense of calm and comfort.
The main living space on the ground floor is occupied by an open-plan kitchen and living room. Green kitchen cabinetry combined with wood panels creates a distinctive architectural backdrop, while the large upholstered seating area and dining table provide a comfortable setting for relaxation, family dinners and socializing.
Particular attention was paid to lighting. Linear fixtures, decorative pendant lights and accent lighting create different lighting scenarios while highlighting the textures and materials used throughout the interior.
A Thoughtfully Designed Interior Across Three Floors
The townhouse has a total area of 204.5 m², distributed across three floors. The main design challenge was to maintain a cohesive stylistic concept throughout the house while making each space functional and individual.
The staircase became an integral part of the overall interior architecture. Wooden steps, glass balustrades and integrated lighting create a light contemporary composition and visually connect all three floors.
Particular attention was also given to the second and third floors, including storage systems, private areas and the home workspace.
From Interior Design Concept to Full Implementation
This project was completed by our studio as a full-cycle interior design and implementation project, from the initial design concept through to the finished interior.
We developed the interior design project, created 3D visualizations and a complete set of working drawings, provided author supervision and managed the implementation process.
This approach allows us to control not only the visual result, but also the quality and consistency of the completed interior, including materials, furniture, lighting and architectural details.
The result is a contemporary family townhouse with a distinctive character, where aesthetics, functionality and comfort are brought together into one cohesive interior.
