Apartment in Comfort City Residential Complex

We designed an apartment in the Comfort City residential complex for a young family with two small children. The client’s brief was challenging: it required a dining area, each child had their own room, two bathrooms, a laundry room, a master bedroom, a living room, a comfortable kitchen, and plenty of storage. The most challenging aspect was the extremely tight deadline. We approved the layout and renderings within three weeks, and the builders immediately began pouring the floors and installing underfloor heating. Three weeks later, we completed the entire set of drawings. Initially, we had an open floor plan of 117 square meters. After the renovation, it was 107 square meters.
